When my Merry and Pippin t-shirt became too small to wear I was heartbroken. I tried my hardest to think of some use for it other than taking up space in my closet and this is what I came up with:

Front

Back

Side
I didn't think to take a before picture, sorry!
I cut the side-seams and the sleeves off, then folded over the sides and applied glue to make a straight seam. Next I took my back and white fabric (which reminds me of Pippin's scarf in the movie. Or Billy's kilt :P) and sewed three of the sides together (if you're doing this, make sure the fabrics are turned inside-out) using a sewing machine and half of the top so I could squish the pillow form in. After that I just finished sewing it.
I'm bad at describing things, and I did this a while ago, so if you're planning on doing this keep in mind there are probably gaps in my recap. I wouldn't want anyone to cut up a t-shirt and ruin it!
Ask questions if you have them :)
